oh, ruthanne, you kill me. can we talk about the mustard? the gray? the polka dots? the ruffles! aggh! it's perfect!!
what was i talking about again?
oh yeah, the "pretend" DSLR that hubs and I got 3 years ago just wasn't worthy of my pretty strap. (not really pretend, it was just not.good.at.all) we needed an upgrade.
so, after christmas, we found a worthy match.
(of course i had to take a pic of it with my phone for you to see it)

the best part? we found it in like new condition on craigslist for half the retail price. SCORE!
the REAL best part? i get moments like this in full focus:

OOOOOO!!! I have a Nikon D90 too and love it!! Have fun capturing all the great moments :] And I love the new strap cover!! I got 2 for Christmas and I can't decide which to put on, so I just alternate depending on the mood :]

what a gorgeous photo!! a friend of ours sold us a DSLR w/ lens for $100 a few months ago. i haven't figured out how to take pictures that awesome with it though!

Oh my gosh. I agree with April. That picture is gorgeous! And I love the strap...perfect choice.
As the owner of a Rebel SLR with a "kit lens", I am so happy for you. My lens is not crisp. The camera is great, but the lens, not so much. I have to use my telephoto for the fabulous shots. Your boys are so, so, so adorable.
Love the strap but the picture of your boys is beyond words...i'm literally having trouble keeping myself from "mugging" my computer screen to death! Love and miss you! Congrats on the camera too, you guys will put it to perfect use!

Oh! I got a Ruthanne strap for Christmas too! It has a pink ruffle on black/white fabric. So pretty! Looks beautiful on my Nikon!!!! :-) Yours is so pretty! Love your picture too! ;-)
